How can i change my username, i typed it in wrong by mistake?

As the title. I would like to edit my username. 

I am told I cannot change it due to a chess live but I do not have an active game in progress.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Close all but one tab to the site, log off and back in to immediately change your username.

Doesn’t work. I also spelled it wrong but it says I changed it today 8/28/24 and I can’t change it again for three months. No way around that in cases of mistake?

You could contact Support using the Help option in the menu and they may change it for you.
