I would really like some advice!
How can I get better??

After looking at some of your games i have to offer the usual advice.
You are missing simple tactics, hanging pieces, and not following Opening Principles.
Tactics...tactics...tactics...
Opening Principles:
Control the center.
Develop torwads the center.
Castle.
Connect your rooks.
Double check your moves.

Thank you, two questions, 1, how can you view my games(just out of curiosity) 2. How do I improve my tactics. And what are the opening principles? Please help me improve, I am open to any criticism !!

1. I clicked on some of your games.
2. Use the tactics trainer here, and get a book on tactics. If an online tactics takes you longer than 2 minutes, then set it up on a real board.

Connect your rooks.

I have 2100 long time comtrol rating in fics and I recommend to watch video by smirnov http://www.youtube.com/user/GMIgorSmirnov
also read some instructive positional chess book.My system for an example .some chess material's are good and instructive some are overrated and hyped and thus waste of time,so pick carefully .Play atleast 30 min+ games and daily chess. You will see improvement .

But How do I control the center. I castle as soon as possible. How do I develop toward the center while I am hindering my opponent from doing so?? And what does connecting my rooks have to do with end game strategy, It is just common sense, I try to do it, but sometimes it is impossible to do in one move?? Ho do I change that?

I cannot get past the 1300 level, no matter how much I study the GMs games , openings, end-games,Mid-Games, and theorys of the GMs, please help
What chess books have you read so far?
I hovered around the 1300 level for years. But then I cracked open a few chess books, and my rating started to rise.
These days I'm around 2100, and (hopefully) still rising—still building upon the ideas I learned from those books I read years ago.

When i get the time, i will go over some of your games, and do some analysis, and post them.

Yeah, you have only been studying chess for a few months. Just like becoming a master musician it takes time and practice. Your games are strategic and well thought for someone of your age, so keep at it, use the tactics trainer, and you will improve

which books?

What exactly are tactics, and how do I use them??
tactics are sequences of moves that are based on advantageous patterns, and thus allow one side to capture material or gain in a winning advantage.
what's important is the patterns, and recognizing when they apply.
if you don't know/see/train yourself to see these patterns you will not be a strong chess player

You might try some chess traps, they will get you thinking.
