How can I watch the chess videos on my android prism phone?

I receive that message sometimes on my Droid phone too, but it always seems to happen when my mobile data connection is shaky (e.g., if I'm in an area where my cell doesn't get a great signal or I'm watching the videos in a car...not while driving of course!). :) Sometimes also if I've gone over my mobile data limit it's hard (my company slows down my internet connection from 4g to 2g after going over the monthly limit, so then it's hard to watch the videos when they load anyway).
When I'm connected to stable, quality wifi, I don't think I've seen the problem, and usually on my mobile data I don't have problems either.
Are you still having the problem? If so, is it when you are connected to wifi or mobile data?
Hi all. I've tried repeatedly and nothing works. All I get after it spends a minute or two acting like its loading a video is "sorry, cannot play video". Do I need to download something? The people that act like they work here wont tell me how to solve it or if I can.
