Based on point value alone, I get why they have no Bishop rank.
BTW - re rated puzzles, I went thru a phase where I was just banging thru puzzles for quantity, then I started slowing down to pay attention to them and trying to solve b4 I gave up and looked for the solution. The time factor became least important, like doing long vs short chess. I paid attention to my Win Rate -- it was 52% vs 48%. So I've worked it up to 55% vs 45%, which might now seem like much but to me it's progress.
