You can't get the title if you're only playing Chess.com
So where i should play?
Over the board, regular rated, FIDE events.
I am not an title'd player however i want to connect my FIDE rating like other master's like Levy Rozman and Hikaru does so when I get tit;le it get titlee'd by itself how do I do that

There's not a way to that currently. If you get a title, then you submit proof of it.
I know this sounds painful; it's painful for me to suggest! But in order to become a titled player, you actually have to play chess in a real tournament, over the board. And cell phones aren't allowed!
I want to ask a question. User @foolmate2222 (chess.com/member/foolmate2222 is a titled grandmaster, but when you look at his rating this is completely impossible. Is this a glitch???
How to get online titles? (E.G : Arena International Master or Arena FIDE Master)
You can only get those by playing on FIDE's online site. They are not recognized here, only OTB titles are.
Nobody can ever gain a national or international chess title playing on chess.com, this has to be achieved over the board in FIDE rated over the board events, and that's a tougher harder challenge having been there and tried that myself!!?
I wanna become a GM,IM,FM,CM and a NM.
The first 4 have to be achieved in the reverse order that you list them, although it was once possible to be awarded the Grand Master title as a special recognition.
The last one is awarded by your national chess federation / association and whatever rules they use to do that.
How to get register for FIDE Tournaments?
You need to play official rated games with your national chess federation. If you live in the USA that would be USCF. The best thing to do is to find a local club that plays official games and start there. If you're only rated 1200 online you have a very long way to go (as in years) so just focus on learning the game for now and see how it goes.
