Hi Disha, chess is a very complex game and there are so many things to learn, so dońt put pressure on yourself expecting to improve very fast. As regards about openings, beginners and intermediate players are recomended to study 1.e4 e5 openings. London opening is some sort of shortcut for lazy players which I am unhappy to see from my students. As you are inexperienced player I don’t recommend you to play blitz. Play rapid instead. After you finish the game, allways analyse it with the engine. Try to find your mistakes and try to remember them and dońt repeat them. This is the most important thing.Solve as many puzzles as your membership allows you. You can also solve puzzles on lichess.org and chesstempo.com for free. Look at games from “romantic chess era” which means players like Paul Morphy, Adolf Anderssen, Joseph Blackburne and you will find how exciting chess can be. If you want to watch videos, Daniel Naroditsky is best Youtube teacher by far. And enjoy the game! Good luck.
