I have ~1500 elo on Elometer but just got ~500 elo rating because I didn't play chess much a long time ago. How can I increase elo fast? How does elo calculated?

By studying and playing the game. Elometer, to put it simply, sucks. Rating improvement is made faster by the efficiency of study, and to an extent, how easily you pick up the material.
