How to not care about winning?

One of my biggest problems with chess is getting too caught up with the result. I even get to the point of being quite anxious even if I'm clearly winning or its a really casual game/online as stupid as it may sound. Honestly I'm willing to work a lot to stop caring as much since it feels like its stopping me from playing at full strength by effecting my focus. I think maybe this anxiety is caused by my ego perhaps? Honestly I can't seem to help it no matter how hard I try as in I've tried a lot of the obvious advice already with people saying its just a game, you can learn from games you lost, excerise/live healthier to reduce anxiety, maybe I should just lose tonnes of games on purpose to get over it? Maybe it might kill my ego on the way as well.

Don't lose a ton of games on purpose, just play a lot of wild wacky openings and see what happens, you may have fun with them. Then when your rating drops you can blame it on that.

Think about the big picture. Getting 'good' at chess is a journey. It looks like you study a bit, given your chess mentor rating of nearly 2000. Look at it this way.. You're 94th percentile in Rapid chess on Chess.com. That's pretty darned good. Feed you're ego with that. Also.. Play some Daily games.. You'll kick but in that - judging from your other ratings, I'd bet you would rate in the 2000's - but more importantly, you will improve...
