The percentile tells you that 49.9% which means you are better than around 50% and worse than around 50%. I personally think though take the rating to be only an indication. The rating that is most reliable is from over the board play.

Your percentile is 49.2% of players on this site, so you are almost right in the middle of the ratings here. Overall IMO, based only on this rating, you are just above beginner/novice level but a little distance from being considered intermediate level which is around 1400-1500.

Absolutely and you also have to consider the online cheating aspect which is why over the board play is much more reliable. Here is a blog I wrote about that kind of thing and what to watch out for.
