I am 2200 above in 30 min rapid. What will be my fide rating?

it depends on person to person. I know some 1800s who are way better than me OTB but get destroyed by me online
OTB is totally different. But if you consistently keep playing tournaments, you will get something close to your chess.com rating.
Fun fact: it's almost 2 years later, and the OP's rating went down from 2200 to 1800.
The strenght of an NM could be past FM, really, depending on ability to play fide tournaments. And loosing one game does not equal weaker than him

I am 1656 otb, 2000 rapid. But really online chess is very different to OTB, espessialy if you play mostly on intuition online, with some calculation ofc, but it very much depends.

Clearly there´s some inconsistency in your case. even i am higher than you otb then, and my friend around your rating is 21xx

And i am 1700 otb but 1850 rapid. i have a friend at 2100 rapid, 1900 otb, and a friend with 2400 rapid that is 2100 otb.
so thats basicly how i concluded 2200 rapid would be around 19-2000.
But i guess one thing is more important than your online rating, and thats the nation you are playing in
