i am muted in my own club

i am leader of https://www.chess.com/club/chess4all. A week ago I realized I wasn't allowed to post notes and create forums. I am the leader of the club. Can you please explain why? Thanks

On the list of forums, scroll to the bottom one, and there is a site help forum. I think this topic may be better there.
