Whooooa, slow down a little bit and explain more clearly what happened, your brower, has this happened before and any other information that a STAFF may request. Mistakes and issues do happen and the sooner you calmly give us the info above and anything else requested, the sooner staff can help you.
Also consider the ticket system. It worked for me.
