Are you trying to capture pawns en passent which don´t qualify? Can you give us a link to the game? Just go to it in your archive, open it and copy the link which appears as the address.

Ah move 10. Yes that is en passant and legal.
en passant is only available on the next move, only happens on the 3rd and 6th ranks, only when a pawn moves two spaces forward...
You're probably trying it when it's not available.
