Good advice.

If you want to stop blundering, try to check what move it's best for you before your opponent moves. That way you have a less chance of blundering pieces.

Stop playing blitz for a while.  Use that time to study and play SLOW games.

When u return to blitz many months later ur gonna be much better with a lot less blunders.

get used to it

You might not be able to train your blunder checking at Blitz pace Try to get your blunders under control at longer time controls to set a upper limit on what you can expect for yourself at Blitz.

For #8, I experienced myself when I lose games in Blitz. I was playing blitz 2-3 months ago and it feels like I was losing so I ended up tilting. I got a bit worse at Blitz because I analyzed lost games and shows that I was play bad moves. Then I played slow games and improve tactics. Last week when I come back to Blitz, I got better and better due to increments and better thinking without blundering.

Don't worry, it happens to everyone, this is called a Chess Plateau. If you keep training, you'll get past it, it's just a matter of time. I would recommend doing puzzle rush. It helps with tactical vision and is just an overall great tool to assist with time controls such as blitz.

That is true and that's the best thing we can do.
