I just lost 3 games in a row. Feels horrible, and the last game I played with a 55 accuracy and got absolutely destroyed with my opponent playing a brilliancy. Really makes me feel like an absolute idiot which I probably am. Anyways, anyone got some tips to deal with this? Also I would like advice in general for climbing the rating ladder and trying to get 1600, and it feels like I'm going to be stuck at 1500 for a long time. I'll post the links to these three horrid games here.

If you lose 2 or more rapid games in a row in a day, don't continue playing rapid that day.

Do some puzzles

If you lose two games in a row of the same time measurement choose another, if that happens again do something else to take your mind off of losing. Do puzzles or lessons!

Go lose a few more, your elo will go down and you'll be against easy players and then can win a bunch of games in a row.

Why do you feel stupid for losing? There's no reason to feel stupid for that, especially considering that you learn more from your losses than you do your wins. Don't get discouraged because you have room for improvement; the fact that you have room for improvement is your strongest point. Ultimately, the only way you lose in Chess is if you don't learn. It hurts to lose, I know from experience; it shatters your sense of self-sufficiency and pride, but those actually take away from your learning experience because they lie to you saying that you've already learned enough and that you should be in a better place than you are. Do not believe that lie; you have a lot more room to improve, and that is not a bad thing

Take a break, maybe do some puzzles, or then come back. Maybe drink some water to help your brain think.
