If you have mental health issues you're better off avoiding these forums altogether(they'll only confuse you more) and speaking to someone qualified in mental health.

Oh yeah? Well, you're creepy and you're kooky! (Two can play at this quoting sitcom theme songs game! Besides which, my sitcom is better than yours.)
my theme song sums up a generation well it sums up my life anyway here are the words for all you that havent watched friends:
nobody warned you life would be this way, your jobs a joke, your broke, youre love lifes doa, now it seems your life is stuck in second gear, when it hasnt been youre day, week, month or even your year, but ill be there for you, like i been there before, ill be there for you, will you be there too

yes out of sight is out of mind sure can a human be swept under a carpet-hidden from sight i might scare the kiddies. i can tell you have a future as a mental health worker lol

I had some first hand experiencing watching / talking to a woman who fell deeper and deeper into psychosis. They're not dumb, they just believe certain things are true that definitely aren't... and there's not much you can force them to do about it until they pose a threat to themselves or others.
It wasn't a permanent condition either. After a few weeks in the hospital she got better and everything was fine. Part of the problem was her kidneys were failing, so toxins were building up in her blood. You might think this lady was 70 years old, but she was in her early 20s.

No I'm speaking from experience.

Ignore tablets and tablets experts. Seek yoga, meditation experts. They understand the Mind better than those phDs.

This is also true for other areas of expertise.
For example you should never fly in an airplane designed by a professional engineer. The ancient ways are much wiser. For example glue feathers to your arms and flap around.

stig you are quite quite funny, oh and youre humorous too
As someone with mental problems I see many figures in chess and politics and even science who mirror my achievements in life. I am cruelly called a monger by some people but i am highly intelligent and funny. I know i am not Jeremy Corbyn or Boris Johnson or Magnus Carlsen and yet those figures seem to mirror what I do. I am a staunch brexiteer socilaist exceptional chess player who has come up with some important ideas in economics and politics and science and yet i am not recognised as such, maybe i am deluded or maybe just mad. The weirdest thing of all is that the world seems to have changed remarkably since i came up with my ideas but that could be a symptom of my illness.
