An old master, left with enough time, if the opponent makes it easier to see the best moves, can appear to have been cheating. Not all positions are created equal. Some are clearly more difficult to see the best move in for a human. That has to be considered before you can levee cheating accusations at someone.
Do you care to show this game and analysis, to me discretely ?

Chess.com did know. When he was Tonydal he had the NM title next to his avatar like other titled players. He then got thrown off the site for pissing the staff off. When he came back as the the burger, the staff knew who he was, but he didn't have the NM back.
