scotch gambit

Idk because I play petrovs defense
I don't recommend it. Try something like the Grob, it's much better. Atleast you don't lose a pawn,

You can get quite creative with the Scotch Opening/Game; as an added bonus you have the Scotch and Goring Gambits which are quite good, and cousins of the Danish Gambit. These are both great starts to adopting gambits as openings. Anyone who claims otherwise is a henchman of Skeletor.

It depends on your playing style
Grob is much better for attacking players, it was used by GM Claude Bloodgood to get him to #2 in the nation.

cold

Grob and Garbage both begin with the same letter, and the equivalency doesn't end with the first sound of these two words when spoken. In regard to chess, these two words are also equivalent and can be treated as synonyms.
