As far as the choice between looks and intelligence, I'd strongly go for increasing intelligence.

Not sure, since when a sockpuppet of a banned master account is banned, it doesn't count as two bans, as the second account ban relates back to the first.

I'd go with Wikipedia, however, since I have had several personae there that were banned independent of each other.
