This is the hard truth. There are cheaters and more advanced players abusing your rank level. They use AI and abuse because they want to win. Your down turn isn't normal. When facing players in your range you will roughly get 50% win rate and improve to 60% or better each time you improve your game. The down turn issue of 100's of ELO points are simply due to cheaters and over rated players abusing for wins.

Go play on lichess for a few days until you get back in your groove. It doesn't matter how many games you lose on lichess because, lichess.

It's normal, I've lost over 200 points in one go before because I insisted on playing while tired.
