Insufficient Material/Draw vs Beat the clock? #confusion

Hi all,

Just finished a Blitz game that I should have lost (had there been no clock) or won (given my opponent ran out of time), but instead, it was a draw and the computer said it was insufficient material.  Any light anyone could shed on this would be much appreciated!  Below is the screengrab where I, white, made the last move.  Thanks!

You can't win because you have only a King.

Your opponent can't win because he has no time left.

So: draw.

You have only a king and therefore whatever happens it is impossible for you to win the game. Your opponent has no time left and therefore it is also impossible for him to win the game. Thus under the rules of chess this is a draw. If you have even a single pawn and your opponent runs out of time it is a win for you because there is potential for you to win. But with only a king you have insufficient material.
