I agree. Sometimes, you just have to think a LOT to win. Kind of like life. Your brain hurts sometimes. I'm not an experienced chess player but I know what it feels like. But even though, chess can help increase your IQ. It's kind of like a very hard video game that increases your IQ. You will face strong opponents, but if you have the right strategy, you can win.

Chess is genuinely hard because it asks for nonstop accuracy, long-term thinking, and personal responsibility i mean there’s no luck to lean on. One careless move can come back to hurt you many turns later, and mistakes are often punished right away. As you improve, progress slows because your opponents improve too. Even positions that look simple still demand calculation, pattern recognition, and emotional control. You can learn the rules quickly, but playing well is a different story and that challenge never really disappears. The game doesn’t get easier; the problems just change.
