I find it to be helpful Over the board so I assume it would on solo chess👍 give it a go and see how you get on!

I've never tried it.

I know a guy who plays Warhammer against himself.

I spar against the computer as black and white. That's the closest thing.

I played tennis against the wall, that's how I started. I played ping-pong against the fold up table, also how I started.

It's a good idea. It's like kata in karate.
