If you were Australian, it might be.

However, I am unaware of a large Australian presence in Estonia.

You are quite right, mate, large Australians are much rarer these days, at least height wise. 

Recently we acquired a new GM, I believe, which is fairly rare here also, so he would get to say mate a fair bit, I guess.

Anton Smirnov is his name, but i have never met him, and really he has not really made a big splash locally. Chess is not really much played in Australia compared with other places.
