We dont know the perfect move for every position.

Its only realistically computeable for currently up to seven pieces, thats the syzygy table base, which requires an enormous 100 TB of harddisk space (much less if you only want six pieces, and its downright tiny for just five pieces), plus you need serious hardware (128 GB RAM minimum) and a long time to compute the full database.

Thus getting to 100% accuracy means you would have to make every move exactly like the engine you are using. Which would really just be merely a coincidence.

i think you can easily get 100% accuracy, if you are able to execute the correct move sequence of a particular gambit opening that you are familiar with, or a scholars' mate opening...and your naive opponent falls easily on the traps set-up by sacrificed-material ☺️
