but it's going to take a lot of effort. You'll have to commit your whole life to chess. Think about it carefully

It is possible with talent, hard work, regular competition and good coaching...in fact, players like Carlsen or Karjakin achieved their GM titles at age 12/13 and started competing regularly when they were around 6 years old

Probably impossible. GM’s are super smart, and they are smarter than 100,000 college students. And you would have to study a lot of openings, visualize 100 move games and remember them forever (That’s what magnus does). Overall, it’s probably going to be impossible.

And no minecaft. If u don’t do that, I gaurantee that u can’t become a gm.

i am super smart

I think u mean minecraft. If so, what is 10293829^3.

NM or IM maybe. But most likely not a GM

"It is possible with talent, hard work, regular competition and good coaching" - Perhaps!

"Players like Carlsen or Karjakin achieved their GM titles at age 12/13" - We are not all geniuses at chess, so I disagree with you there.

Not really. If someone asked: “what is 3+2” you would still be correct in saying, “4+1”. Therefore I am correct.

if someone asked, "what is life?", saying that it is the state of living sounds kinda stupid, even though it is technically correct

just because something is correct, it doesn't mean it's the best answer.

blocked lmao

That’s completely unrelated. We’re talking about math not philosophy - that analogy also makes no sense.

Most likely a BM

If you think beating the ender dragon will help you with chess, you'll never become a GM.

Even if you stop minecraft, there's still a 99% chance that you'll never be a GM.

I think people often underestimate the amount of work that goes into becoming a GM. I’ve drawn/beaten some GMs on old chesscom accounts, and on other sites, but a win against a GM doesn’t necessarily mean you’re GM strength. Watching GMs play with an engine eval bar doesn’t help much either.

Geez chill. As delusional as this guy is, apparently he’s pretty underrated. Also you shouldn’t call people, “idiots”.

Yes, but the probability is about 0.05% if you work extremely hard.

i think you overestimated yourself.instead of putting your own comments on top of other's comments, try listening to other's comments.i think that's why everybody makes fun of you because of your attitude and hobby of not listening to other's comments . listen carefully, you will get all types of people in your life--some will encourage you while others will discourage you.if you are intelligent enough, you should choose to listen both the encouragement and the discouragement.you should listen the discouragements also because it may happen that people may make fun of you in those discouragements, but if you observe carefully, you will find that people also tell your limitations and weak points in those discouragements.so if you know your weak points and if your dreams are strong enough to become a grand master , you can ofcourse become a grand master one day!
