i'm pretty sure if you play the fools mate and analyze it, one player gets 0% accuracy and the other gets 100% accuracy, but i could be wrong
you could in an actual game, but you'd need to intentionally play terribly all throughout the game and just do the worst and most nonsensical moves at every opportunity
