You'll be shocked at how many players you've faced who didn't display their real national flag.
Just forget about the flag and enjoy chess. Country has little to do with a player's style of playing or behavior.

Yeah, but why would anyone want to say they were from the Netherlands?
You're just going to have to live with your prejudices and move on. There is no option to exclude players by country, nor will one ever be forthcoming.
Every single person from the Netherlands that I play on here is super aggressive. *Snip*
Aggressive how?
discriminating people by country, one of the things i hate most
Always new things to hate
Flags are not tied to IP addresses, it would be purely a cosmetic filter. We think CC has bigger issues atm, but you can always make a suggestion for more features.

Aggressive in what they say? Or aggressive in how they play?
I've started playing chess around 2.5 months ago, and i've had chat disabled since the start.
I don't see any added value of being able to type with people, i'm here for the chess and not the chit chat
Netherlands is statistically known as one of the tallest countries in the world.
Average adult male height is 6' (182 cm) and average female adult height is 5'8" (172 cm).
Next time you play an opponent from the Netherlands ask them how is the weather.

Tall jokes are no better than short jokes.
Every single person from the Netherlands that I play on here is super aggressive. It's like, fak bro, would you mind chilling out for a second? It's just a game after all. I asked a Dutch person about it and he said "We are best chess players! We never give up!"
I think the only option is to try to not play them at all but it's kind of a pain to have to look up at the person's country every single game in order to abort the game. Does anyone know where to find this option in settings? I've looked all over but can't find it.
