In Esserman's book he wrote about a really strong hustler from Boston. It might be this guy.
In the description of the video Esserman calls him Billy, so this is definitely the guy:

People often say" Russian Paul" strongest chess hustler , then there's "Cheese " also pretty good , then there's "Corbblah" who beaten "Russian Paul" many time and strongest out of all of them.
Then there's this guy I don't know who he is and what's his rating but he goes out plays this IM a few time , of course he drops game in the endgame but still non the less he goes pretty even with this IM (2600+ rating on lichess, which is not a joke).
Have you seen him before or know who he is ?
