Justice for Honchkrowabcd

i can't believe that i'm making another one of these posts for my friends, but here we go again. my friend (yes he's real and no he's not a sandbagger) @Honchkrowabcd was banned under the premise of sandbagging. he's a good player and hadn't played daily chess for years, so his rating was 500-600. he came back a much stronger player, and decided to take up daily chess again, won a few games, and was promptly banned. this is almost a mirror image of my other friend, @bacon4everlol , who was banned after winning one rapid game after losing many blitz games. finally, i'd like to mention my own experience during the pandemic when I increased my bullet rating by 1000 points. was I sandbagging? no! i simply didn't play much bullet, and decided to come back to it. this "sandbagging" algorithm is insanely broken, and chess.com should fix it promptly. no hate against chess.com, the #1 chess site, but there are clearly some wrongs to be righted.
