It is certainly a draw. A computer has a hard time coming to such judgements because the permutations of 50 moves are enormous.
Fortunately, you, being human , can see through all that and make the decision not to waste your time.
You can look up the absolute best moves in the table base.
I was in this endgame position and I knew it was a draw but I had an extra piece so I played until the 50 move rule. However when I look at the analysis, the engine says I have a 0.06 advantage which is very tiny but still a very small chance of a win. The question is, what are the best tactics to trap the king in this position?
