That depends. In many Commonwealth countries, a surgeon (who I presume would be the type of doctor who would be doing this) typically uses Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms/whatever rather than Dr as their title.

I'm completely sober (for now) and I still don't know how to make transporation except for getting a running start on a wet hill.
