I've never done it so don't know all the capabilities.
It is probably related to discord bots, but I don’t know of any that can automatically detect your rating like how some bots can automatically detect whether or not you’re following a streamer on twitch.

I Recently linked my account with discord. If you're in the chess.com official discord, you can get rating roles. That's about it, I think.
