Yes, it hasn't been working for me either!!! It's working fine on Android, but not on Windows 10!
Nothing in chess.com's settings and help addresses the issue - and no forum discussions since 2013! I'm going freaking crazy here! I need my dose of bullet!
So far I've tried removing the app, signing out, clearing browser, changing browsers, checking updates for browsers and flash/java ... Nothing freaking works! You can see the connection icon when the game starts + hear the sounds, but you don't see the board!

This seems to work though! For me at least. Not going through Facebook but directly to chess.com/live.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you all are experiencing!! Our team is aware of the glitch/bug and our developers are working to get this resolved asap!
If you get a blank or black screen, it occurs when a user opens chess.com using the Facebook app. The cookies will save, and then be applied to chess.com on a website so that if you open Chess.com on the Facebook app first, and then try it on our website, you will get a blank screen on CHESS.COM as well as on the Facebook app. Clear cache cookies, and avoid the Facebook app until further notice!
