you'll find coaches that are like that. Not all coaches are the same, just tell them what you want from them.

I see till now you didn't get a training partner I am not fitting the requirement's but I do like to help by telling you this..
Don't look for a training partner just on chess.com, you could post several posts on multiple social platforms that your in! If you don't do that it will take a loooooooooooong time to find the perfect dude for you
