Hi Jesse! First time in the show, would really appreciate if you could cover this long and intense game I played online. Thank you very much

Please help review the second game as well, if choose to sacrifice the Queen what is the best continuation attack?

Was thinking Qd2 reposition to h6 after gxf6 threatening mate at g7 or h7,is it stopable?

could you explain that a bit more? which move?

Sorry, I meant on move 17, nf6+, then qxf6, 18 gxf6.... And reposition the queen to h6. F6 pawn can't be capture within 2 moves and the ram of rook + queen in h file is second threat.

Giuoco Piano means "quiet game," but there was nothing quiet about this game. Unfortunately, the noise came from my opponent. This was a Daily Chess game (3 days to make a move) played in November. I submitted this horror show because it illustrates some of my problems: a lack of positional understanding, an inability to spot tactics, and a poor sense of danger.

I wanted to insert the diagram showing the game from Black's perspective, but I don't know how to do that.

Incidentally, I think the link at the top of the thread is incorrect. I thought GM Kraai is now reviewing games at the chessdojo stream, www.twitch.tv/chessdojolive. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Here is a game.   Am I moving the queen too much too early,??  Funny thing is I tried to go back and add comments to the moves.   When I did that I didn't realize the board got flipped around and I analyzed  the moves as if I was my opponent.   When I was finished I inserted game with comments but the comments were not there  (Actually, upon refreshing the screen the comments are there lol !!) So., looks like I analyzed the game from my opponent's perspective.    This was a good exercise for me to do either way.   One big question I had during the game  was about pawn structure.   Is it better to have 3 pools of pawns (each a group of 2) or is it better to have 2 pools --- one a group of 4 and the other a group of 2?   I think my opponent blew a big chance to put my king in check and easily grab my rook that was stuck behind my king.

Hi Jesse,
This is the first of my 3 game correspondence London System match against say_chess. Most of my notes where made when I analyzed the positions during the game (lichess has a notes area where you can make notes) but I did add some after the game. So this is slightly different to the post game analysis that I typically do.
Thanks,
Vishnu

Hopefully, this isn't too late. I'm having some technical issues getting this pgn to post correctly.
