then people from west part of america and pacific areas will not be able to join them. it is actully not fair if you make a swiss tournament at a particular time.

My suggestion is to give the players the right to negociate when can they play, like how FreeChess does in his monthly quads. You could generate a list of registered players and create the pairings for round 1 with the help of a program. Players could negociate with their opponents when to play the game. One round's lenght would be one week. The format is working very well in chess.com leagues and the advantage of this format is that everyone has the chance to play, even if the players aren't in the same timezone.

I agree with 24 hr arena and Daily

Some people live a whole day behind other people and it's simply impossible to include everyone in a 1 - 2 hr arena or swiss

8:00 pm or evening after 4 pm please

I think 7 pm ist is a good time where most players can participate
