Missed tactical errors

Thanks to you guys I now have a definite opening in 1.e4. Now I come to another problem I am facing- missing cheap tactical tricks. I have started working out in the gym for 2hrs, and one of the factors could be fatigue. But there might be another, playing fast and faulty analysis. So I need your help on overcoming fatigue and faulty analysis(no smart comments like ask a doctor, please!)

After reviewing some of your games i have the following advice.

Ask yourself these questions -

Are my pieces safe?

What is my opponent trying to do?

Then look for Forcing Moves - Check, Capture, Threat.

Youre losing because you are missing simple tactics, and hanging pieces.  It looks like your only concerned with your game plan.  You have an opponent that is making moves too.

Yes, don't play when you're tired. I used to play chess after coming back from tennis and lose game after game after game!
