how does tactics trainer work .-., is there just a better move that shouldve been done?
I took a quick look at your latest game, the largest problem with your play in it is that you were hanging your pieces.
There is no good reason for these blunders, they just lose material. What you need to be doing is playing slower time controls where you have time to ask yourself if there is a immediate problem with the move you are about to play. Three minute games are just too short for anyone to do any thinking at all, they can be fun but they will contribute very little to you getting better at the game.
Also, as others have pointed out tactics trainer is a great tool for getting better. The one over at chesstempo is decently good and free to use.
I would suggest finding a local chess club if possible and play games over the board with stronger sympathetic players who might give you direction and perhaps tell you where you might find tournament or match experience at a suitable level.
