Dude, you started at 1200 when you began on chess.com. Period. End of story.

welcome to India, where everyone is a certified doctor after learning how to put a bandaid on
Mind blown!!
You may now stop the racist comments, if it pleases your highness.
Look doggie, I would rather have a beer or two than to improve my rating. So what if I am under 1300, as long as I can drink a lot beer that is all I care!!

lol Orandom, you are a hilarious doggy. No! Never drink and drive but I do the Alekhine thing, come to a chess tournament totally drunk and win my games.
I highly doubt people can ever do 1300 in 3 months. Unless you happen to be a really good prodigy, no one is ever going to jump up there and stay there. I myself reached 1300 in about a year. I also think that some people here think it's impressive.
So what about 3 months? Is it even believeable? If you are going to boast about it, most people will think you are making this up.

His chess.com profile has his real name, you (and anyone) can look at his USCF rating progress.
What's "unbelievable" to me is how a ~1400 rated ~6 year old only gained a few hundred points over the course of 100+ tournaments in a few years. At a glance it looks like he played only scholastic events, beating up on a lot of kids rated 100-900. Who knows how good he really was (maybe better, maybe worse).
People still reply to this thread? Its already been unanimously resolved that chess players under 1300 lack certain mental ability than those superior to them.

Well, my bullet rating is 1304 so I guess I'm not mentally retarded....

No it wasn't. Additionaly it is you who is lacking something. You are lacking the mental ability to puzzle out the simple point how the rating system works. If you created a special website only for players who have 1800+ rating in real life, then some of them would have less than 1300 there, providing that you used the same rating system as is used on chess.com. If you forced all people in the world to play chess on chess.com, overall rating of players who already play here now would probably increase after some time WITHOUT making any improvement (just by beating players who never played chess). The rating of 1200 only means "better than half of people playing here" and 1300 is even more - and count of players in range 1200-1300 is much bigger than e.g. in range 2000-2100.

thank you captain obvious, I'm sure everyone is aware not everyone can be above a 1300 rating, but those who are below 1300 here in this, are the mentally weakest .
BUMP :D
