Who cares? It still refuses to abide by any international human rights laws which prohibit caning/hanging/lack of jury trials, and where parents often use corporal punishment (violence) to "discipline" children. You couldn't pay me any amount of money to visit there. Only countries I am willing to travel to are Canada, Norway, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Marijuana has a ton of medical benefits, is almost impossible to die from, and is 100x less harmful and toxic to society than alcohol. You've got it backward if you think Marijuana shouldn't be legal worldwide.
