new to the board,and new to chess,is there somwhere on this site,that i can play against people,who aren;t at a superior level,i.e. not very good.Laughing

Though you can't exclude your own rating (which you don't appear to have, having played no games here). So your maximum will be set to 1200 - your default initial rating.

You could also use View Players (My HomeOnline ChessView Players). In Find Player, set the rating max to 600. Look for someone who was last online within a day or so. Click on that player's name and challenge them (maybe look at their profile first to check whether they are a mad axe murderer).

thanks fellas,i,ve basically played the computer a couple of times,on the easiest setting.sort of getting a feel for the game.i can only improve,surely.
