I have same problem on iPhone 12, had sound originally, no sound now and very difficult to play speed chess.

If you play with the app, make sure the ringer switch is on.

That is always a problem on your end, not theirs. Use this unfortunate experience to gain some troubleshooting skills, as I have done with similar problems.
in the last few days I noticed there is no sound when the game starts or when making a move. This is really annoying as it becomes very difficult to play bullet chess. I am unable to enjoy the game I like so much. I hear sound when I play on my mobile but not on the browser when using laptop. I tried IE, EDGE as well. change sound setting using the settings icon after completing a game.
Nothing seems to work, any idea please??
