when u stuggle to find a plan put positon into fritz and infinate analysis hit the space bar a few times it will show you the best move and give you ideas

Hello.
I am a beginner and also not so familiar with chess software.I have a question about opening book.How can one learn from opening book? Do i have to download it from somewhere and than load it into my software. I am using Fritz 10,but i dont have english manual.Its a great piece of software,but i think that i am using only few of his powerful options,cause i dont know,how to use it properly.How can i use software like this to improve my game?
