Opponents from which country are the toughest to face on chess.com?

I should probably quote the original post and then some of the responses here to make my point, but I’m too lazy right now. Some responses seem to criticize the OP as if generalizing the strength of chess opponents based on their country is somehow racist or something. I don’t see it that way; I think it’s a legitimate observation to explore. For example, when it comes to the culinary world, who is most likely to get accolades, the French or the Germans? Is it racist or bigoted to say French cooking is generally better? Or when it comes to feats of engineering, wouldn’t it be vice-versa? Of course you can find exceptions to everything, but making general observations is not in and of itself a racist or bigoted thing to do.

I would say French. They are tough. But they aren't annoying. When earlier I used to play from a different account where I was 1500 one of my French opponents offered me a draw because I was having net issues...even though he was in a winning position

Wow! How polite...

I once had a game where I was winning and got disconnected. When I came back a couple of minutes later I found out that he resigned for fair play. I think he was from Switzerland 🇨🇭

i've likely had my toughest opponents per rating against european countries, and easiest games per rating against South American countries. But that could be all in my head, and the numbers might tell a different story.

Where do you guys think "International" is? I know is not America or Europe, so maybe a secret location in the middle of the sea?
