playing everyone at a chess club

I want to play everyone at my OTB chess club at least once. Has anyone had this aim of success? I include all forms of chess. What do I do to make this aim more likely?

Our chess club has very little participants, so I can play a Simul with a result (6+ 1- 1=) Laughing

Or (7+ 0- 1=)

Yes. But since I am nowhere near a GM and my club has 3 GMs a simul could be..ahem... embarassing lol.

that's a great idea- or you could ask them, that's pretty direct communication... most likely they appreciate amateurs wanting to get better

It isn't very hard for me to do that, since only a few people have a significantly higher rating. You automatically get paired against everybody in the Swiss system if you keep a decent score. You can still end up losing to the top players, but then at least you played them!
