Racism within chess should be normalised.

I mean... having prejudice against specific cultures could be considered xenophobia, but I don't think is the same thing as racism. Isn't?
Also I do get that chess is more prevalent in some specific cultures than in others. Like, Gukesh was raised in India with chess being and incredible popular game after Anand become basically a national hero, and the Indian government gave considerable financial incentives to chess athletes.
But how the heel xenophobia helps on anything here? xD

I have no clue what you are talking abt
i think he just means we should be able to say the n-word!! you actually should NOT say that!!
basically uhhhhhhhhh that you should be able to say a very racist word *don't*
HEY HEY IT AINT INAPPROPIATE MODS!!

The distinction between black and white in chess is purely functional and symbolic, representing the two opposing forces in the game. This is not tied to race or ethnicity but is rather a long-standing design choice in the game.

I agree with u. It does sound like the op is confusing race with culture & those aren't the same. Although far too many confuse the two.
