rar formats

Hey eveyone does anyone know what it I need download formatsor file's that are called .rar files/formats.

.rar is an archived file. You need a program to unarchive it.

If you have a PC, WinRAR

Or if you have a mac, UnRarX

If you have Linux:

Unrar

I have PC so if I download winrar will I be able to download .rar format's and other stuff .rar

you can download files with any extension

with WinRAR, etc. you will be able to open and decompress the files with .rar extension - select "extract to" and the contents will be saved in a folder (in same directory) with same name as original file, e.g.: anything.rar will be extracted to a folder called "anything" - the contents of the folders will be readable by other programs...
