RUM is an antidote for Chess

After much needed gap for a clue and researching I finally found out RUM is an antidote for Chess or for that matter anything. Please refer my topic http://www.chess.com/forum/view/scholastic-chess/chess-and-life-relations This topic was a long time ago, but now I have an answer. Chess does not resembles life because in Chess everything is certain, all moves, the outcome, etc becuase it is closed-box play well protected by the rules of Chess. The only falacy is that we are not able to see the potential moves, as we are not GM's. Anyway, LIFE on the other hand is NOT a closed-box game because there are lot of uncertainities involved, something like, some event occuring out of the box. True, chess helps, in the sense that, it helps us to think laterally, pondering over all available alternatives, but we can't always be so sure about the next move we make in Life as in Chess.

The forum topic i chose is to enlighten all chess addicts to think out of the box!!

Acronyms are smart kid but chess is a religeon to me i love it!!I am also totally addicted but it saddens 4 me 2 hear that your destiny in life is amalagated 2 your life.In chess the GM's remember patterns of play they recognise openings and they know everything about apposition and the end game. Patterns. PS. Practice makes perfect don't concede fight to win.
