Pointless question that could easily be found by google. Deep blue was kind of the forefather, but it's obsolete now. Rybka would beat it easily.

Non-pointless question, rude answer, and you don't know what you're talking about, because Rybka and Deep Blue never played, and just for your information, I did google it, and it had ambigious results. I'm suprised that you'd say such rude comments.
I'm sure if you tapped it with your finger it would fall apart and you'd just see an empty shell, but they don't let anyone do that, do they?

FireBird is told to be clone of Rybka.
What if Rybka is a clone of Botvinnik's ancient program PIONEER ...? 
Rajlich might have been a defector who had stolen Russian supersecret computer technology and gave it to CIA. He was allowed to sell a clone of soviet chess software under nickname Rybka to make money as reward. Then he was sent to Hungary to continue working on this supersecret spy game.
Russians then offered versions of PIONEER under names RobboLito and FireBird for free.
